Instructions on submitting your camera-ready paper

Please prepare your manuscript for final camera ready submission following the same PDF format guidelines as for the initial submission. Papers are limited to eight (8) pages in length and must be IEEE Xplore-compatible. You must also submit a copyright form (see below). The final camera-ready date is June 1st.

 You must submit a new camera-ready copy by the date, using the Proceedings Manager, even if no changes have been made to your paper.

IEEE Copyright form

In order for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, a signed IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted for each paper. The copyright form can b found here:  We will have final submission instructions for this form soon.

IMPORTANT: No paper can be published in the proceedings without being accompanied by a Completed IEEE Copyright Transfer Form. If your paper is accepted, you will be asked to complete and submit this form to have your paper included in the conference proceedings.
