About the gaps
The archived pages used for this rebuild did not preserve the regular paper deadline or every intermediate notice. This timeline lists the dates that were recorded and does not infer the missing ones.
Papers and proceedings
The late call covered three formats: short papers, competition papers, and vision papers. Accepted work was intended for the proceedings and IEEE Xplore. The submission guidelines record the final file requirements.
Travel support
The IEEE CIS travel grant program had its own application window and review period. The travel grant page records the amounts and conditions.
